Telecommunication (Dealers) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 131 of the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore Act, the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunication (Dealers) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 20th September 1996.

2. The First Schedule to the Telecommunication (Dealers) Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:

“6. Cordless Telephone (CT1) Operating in frequency bands 914-915 MHz and 959-960 MHz.
