Animals and Birds Act
(Chapter 7)
Animals and Birds (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Director-General, Agri-Food and Veterinary Services hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Animals and Birds (Exemption) Notification 2003 (G.N. No S 582/2003) is amended by deleting the words “Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand and Thailand” in the first column of item 1 and substituting the words “Malaysia and New Zealand”.
