(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Public Transport Council Act 1987, the Public Transport Council, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 27 May 2022.

Amendment of regulation 5

2. In regulation 5 of the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 397/2006), replace “$10,900” with “$11,800”.
