Common Gaming Houses Act
(Chapter 49)
Common Gaming Houses (Instruments and Appliances for Gaming) Notification 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(4) of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Instruments and Appliances for Gaming) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 30th September 1996.
2.  The Minister hereby declares the roulette wheel to be an instrument or appliance for gaming.
