Immigration (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2008.
Amendment of regulation 32
2.  Regulation 32(1A) of the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (d) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(d)if required by an immigration officer —
(i)particulars of the following matters relating to each passenger of the aircraft:
(A)his date of birth;
(B)his nationality code;
(C)his document number;
(D)the issuer of his document; and
(E)his document expiry date; and
(ii)any other particulars relating to each passenger of the aircraft as recorded in the passenger reservation system for that aircraft.”.
