Public Transport Council Act
(Chapter 259B)
Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st August 2010.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5 of the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 397/2006) is amended by deleting “$2,000” and substituting “$7,000”.
