Environmental Public Health (Modification of Licences) Regulations 2019 |

Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Modification of Licences) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 10 June 2019. |
Prescribed period to make written representations |
2. For the purposes of section 99(12B)(b) of the Act, the period of time after the date of service of notice on a licensee within which the licensee may make written representations with respect to a proposed modification of any condition of the licensee’s licence, is 14 days. |
Meaning of “licence” |
3. In these Regulations, “licence” includes any approval, permit, permission, authority, authorisation or licence which may be granted or renewed under the Act, but does not include a cleaning business licence granted or renewed under Part IXA of the Act. |
