Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021
(Commencement) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2021.
2.  The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021, except sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 24, 26(b), 29, 30, 31 and 33(1), (2), (3) and (6), comes into operation on 30 June 2021.
