(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 12(3), (5)(b) and (6) of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022 comes into operation on 1 June 2024.
