Road Traffic (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.

2. The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2002 shall, with the exception of sections 2, 3 and 9, come into operation on 1st September 2002.

3. Sections 2, 3 and 9 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 16th December 2002.
