Street Works (Obstructions in Public Streets) (Revocation) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Obstructions in Public Streets) (Revocation) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 3rd September 2003.

Revocation

2. The Street Works (Obstructions in Public Streets) Regulations (Rg 5) are revoked.
