Radiation Protection (Non-ionising Radiation) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Radiation Protection Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Radiation Protection (Non-Ionising Radiation) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2005.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Radiation Protection (Non-Ionising Radiation) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “1 W” in Parts I and II and substituting in each case “50 W”.
