(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act 1975, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Consumer Protection (Consumer Goods Safety Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Consumer Protection (Consumer Goods Safety Requirements) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 113/2011), in the Schedule, delete item 8.
