Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in the 3rd column of item 4 and substituting the name “BG (Retired) Tan Chin Tiong”; and
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng” in the 3rd column of item 6 and substituting the name “Mr Lam Chuan Leong”. [G.N. Nos. S 405/99; S 476/99;S 596/99]
