Destruction of Disease-Bearing Insects (Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Regulations 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(1) of the Destruction of Disease-Bearing Insects Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Destruction of Disease-Bearing Insects (Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Destruction of Disease-Bearing Insects (Prescribed Form) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “a sum of *$50/$100/$200” in the form and substituting the words “a sum of *$100/$200/$500”.
