In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. In paragraph 2 of the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 37/2022) (definition of “draw”), replace “3 p.m. on 10 May 2022” with “10 a.m. on 10 June 2022”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. In the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2022, in paragraph 6, replace “11 August 2022” with “11 September 2022”.
