Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 (1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd March 2006.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 507/2004) is amended —

(a)

by deleting items 90 and 113; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 123, the following items:
