Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 24th July 2006.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is amended by deleting Form M and substituting the following Form:

“FORM M

”.
