| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th June 2006. |
| Approved bank |
| 2. Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act. |
