Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39B(1) of the Charities Act, the Commissioner of Charities makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Charities (Prohibition of Fund-Raising Appeal) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 29 June 2018.

Prohibition

2. The Commissioner prohibits and stops the conduct of any fund‑raising appeal by Ashlee Chua Jermaine (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 22 April 1986).
