Management (Hazardous Substances)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act 1999, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 March 2023.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately below the item “Amitraz”, the following item:
Amitrole

(b)by inserting, immediately below the item “Cyanides”, the following item:
Dechlorane plus

(c)by inserting, immediately below the item “Hydrogen selenide”, the following item:
