Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Law, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 1 in the Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) (Consolidation) Notification (N 10) is amended by deleting the words “Minister of State, Ministry of Law” in the first column and substituting the words “Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Law”.
