(Exemption) (No. 2)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Central Provident Fund Act, Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

Exemption

2. All matriculated or registered students of the Singapore Institute of Technology who are employed for training approved by the Singapore Institute of Technology are hereby exempted from the provisions of the Act.
