Pharmacists Registration Act 2007

Pharmacists Registration (Prescribed Qualifications for Conditional Registration) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Pharmacists Registration Act 2007, the Singapore Pharmacy Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Prescribed Qualifications for Conditional Registration) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2008.
Prescribed qualifications
2.  The qualifications conferred by the foreign institutions set out in the Schedule shall be prescribed qualifications for the purposes of section 17 of the Act.

Made this 1st day of September 2008.
