Child Care Centres Act
(Chapter 37A)
Child Care Centres (Amendment) Regulations 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Child Care Centres Act, the Minister for Community Development hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Child Care Centres (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  Regulation 4 of the Child Care Centres Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$180” and substituting “$240”.
