Public Utilities (Designation of Public Electricity Supplier) Notification 1996
In accordance with section 40 of the Public Utilities Act, it is hereby notified for general information that the Public Utilities Board has, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, designated Power Supply Limited (formerly known as Power Supply Private Limited) as a public electricity supplier to perform the function of supplying electricity under the Act.
