(Commencement) Notification 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1997, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement) Notification 1997.

2. The provisions of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1997, with the exception of section 3, shall come into operation on 1st October 1997.
