(INVEST Fund) (Amendment)
Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Home Affairs Uniformed Services (INVEST Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 July 2021.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3 of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services (INVEST Fund) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting sub‑paragraph (b) of paragraph (1);
(b)	by deleting “7” in paragraph (1)(i) and substituting “8”; and
(c)	by deleting the words “paragraph (1)(b)” in paragraph (2) and substituting the words “paragraph (1)(c)”.
