Public Utilities (Electricity Supply Wattage for Special Agreements) Notification 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Electricity Supply Wattage for Special Agreements) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 4th October 1996.
2.  Any person who requires a supply of electricity where the maximum power to be made available to the person at any time exceeds 5 megawatts may, in accordance with section 54 of the Act, enter into a special agreement with a public electricity supplier for the supply on such terms as may be specified in the agreement.
