(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Gambling Control Act 2022, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Gambling Control Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.—(1)  The Gambling Control Act 2022, except section 137(1) and (2), comes into operation on 1 August 2022.
(2)  Section 137(1) and (2) of the Gambling Control Act 2022 comes into operation on 1 June 2022.
