Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore Act 2022, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.—(1)  The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore Act 2022, except section 49, comes into operation on 1 August 2022.
(2)  Section 49 of the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore Act 2022 comes into operation on 29 July 2022.
