Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment) Notification 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 2002.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting the words “Director of Food Administration” in the 3rd line of sub-paragraph (a) and substituting the words “Director-General, Agri-Food and Veterinary Services”.

Made this 3rd day of September 2002.
