Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act
(Amendment of Schedule) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 4th October 1996.

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act is amended by deleting items 11 to 16 and substituting the following items:

“11. Singapore Power Ltd.

12. Power Supply Ltd.

13. PowerGrid Ltd.

14. PowerGas Ltd.

15. PowerGen (Seraya) Ltd.

16. PowerGen (Senoko) Ltd.”.
