(National Primary Schools)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Compulsory Education Act 2000, the Minister for Education makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the Compulsory Education (National Primary Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

(2) Regulation 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 6 April 2021.

(3) Regulation 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 21 April 2021.

(4) Regulation 2(b) and (d) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Compulsory Education (National Primary Schools) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 190/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:

“1.	AWWA School @ Napiri (formerly known as AWWA School)”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following item:

“1A.	AWWA School @ Bedok”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 14, the following item:

“14A.

Rainbow Centre — Admiral Hill School”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after item 17, the following item:

“18.	St. Andrew’s Mission School”.
