Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Home Affairs) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Home Affairs, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Home Affairs) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 22nd December 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 7 of the Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Home Affairs) (Consolidation) Notification (N 8) is amended by deleting paragraph (a).
