Extradition (Application for Warrant) (Amendment) Rules 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Extradition Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Extradition (Application for Warrant) (Amendment) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 18th October 1996.
2.  Rule 2 of the Extradition (Application for Warrant) Rules is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “section” in the first line, the words “10 (1) (b) or”.
