Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2002.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Ms Yong Ying-I”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Wee Heng Tin” in the third column of item 6, the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng”.
