(Electronic Road Pricing System)
(Amendment) Rules 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 1 February 2016.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015) is amended —
(a)by deleting Tables II and III in Division 2 of Part 2 and substituting the following Tables:
“TABLE II
(Charges from 7.55 a.m. but before 8.55 a.m.)
    Amount of road-user charge payable on any day from Monday to Friday from 7.55 a.m. but before 8.55 a.m., not being a public holiday.
