Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 10) (Amendment) Notification 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 10) (Amendment) Notification 2010.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 10) Notification 2010 (G.N. No. S 409/2010) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately below the words “7th August 2010 between 7 p.m. and 10.30 p.m.” in item 3 in Part I, the following words:

“12th August 2010 between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m.”;

(b)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph 1(j) in Part II; and

(c)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (k) of paragraph 1 in Part II and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“(l)	firecrackers.”.
