Animals and Birds (Disease) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “disease” in section 2 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Disease) Notification 1999 and shall come into operation on 15th October 1999.

Declared diseases

2. The diseases set out in the Schedule are declared to be diseases within the meaning of the Act.

Cancellation

3. The Animals and Birds (Disease) Notification (N 2) is cancelled.

Made this 12th day of October 1999.
