Income Tax (Approved Banks)
(Consolidation) (Amendment No. 17) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 17) Order 2000.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (b) of item (2) relating to Banque Nationale De Paris, with effect from 15th June 2000; and

(b)

by deleting item (41) relating to Paribas, with effect from 24th May 2000.
