Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 11th September 2008.
