Estate Duty Act
(Chapter 96)
Estate Duty (Prescribed Forms) (Revocation) Rules 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(1) of the Estate Duty Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Estate Duty (Prescribed Forms) (Revocation) Rules 2000 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st October 2000.
Revocation
2.  The Estate Duty (Prescribed Forms) Rules (R 1) are revoked.

Made this 3rd day of October 2000.
