Fisheries (Fishing Gear) (Amendment) Rules 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Fishing Gear) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Fisheries (Fishing Gear) Rules (R 6) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
“THE SCHEDULE
Rules 4(3) and 11
Fees
1. For a licence for each fishing gear
 
$20 per annum
2. For a licence for each fishing stake (kelong) in water
 
$300 per annum
3. For a certified true copy of a document
 
$9.45
4. For every survey of the site of a commercial fishing establishment (kelong)
 
$710.”.
