Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1995.

2. Item (8) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “The General Manager, Singapore National Printers Ltd.” in the first column and substituting the words “The President, SNP Corporation Ltd”;

(b)

by deleting the words “UPPER SERANGOON ROAD” in the heading in the second column and substituting the following words:

“SNP CORPORATION LTD 303 UPPER SERANGOON ROAD SINGAPORE 347692.”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “Singapore National Printers Ltd” wherever they appear in the second column and substituting in each case the words “SNP Corporation Ltd and SNP Printing Pte Ltd”.
