Building Control (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2000, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.
2.  The Building Control (Amendment) Act 2000, with the exception of sections 3, 4 and 5, shall come into operation on 1st September 2001.
3.  Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 15th October 2000.
Made this 6th day of October 2000.
