(Chapter 107)
Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Films Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2003.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (6) in the Schedule to the Films (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
“
(6) For each certificate issued authorising the exhibition or distribution of any video tape or video disc
 
$0.80
”.
