(Fish Culture Farms) (Amendment)
Rules 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.

Amendment of rule 5

2. Rule 5 of the Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms) Rules (R 7) is amended by deleting “$770” and substituting “$850”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. Paragraph 8 of the Schedule to the Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms) Rules is amended by deleting “$670” and substituting “$710”.
