Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 10)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 10) Notification 2015 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2011.
Approved institution
2.  The Minister approves Ren Ci Hospital for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1 April 2011.
Amendment of Consolidation Notification
3.  The Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting item (17) relating to Ren Ci Hospital & Medicare Centre.
