(Chapter 107)
Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Films Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 9th October 2000.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Films (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (10), the following item:
“
(10A) For certifying each video tape or video disc that has been approved by the Board without excisions for private and domestic use

”.
